These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bk99c ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bk99c website located at bk99c.bet, including all games, sports betting services, payment facilities, promotional offers, and any other services made available through the Platform (collectively, "the Services").

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on bk99c at any time. If duplicate accounts are detected, bk99c may close all but the original account and may void any associated balances or winnings.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of non-withdrawable bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance and are consumed first in gameplay.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible Player unless a promotion explicitly states it is a recurring or ongoing offer. Attempting to claim the same one-time bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes an abuse of the promotional system.

Where the Platform determines that a Player has engaged in low-risk, stake-averaging, or systematically risk-free play patterns designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage genuinely with the games, bk99c reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.

All games available on the bk99c Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are random, independent, and not influenced by any prior result or by any person or system. Players acknowledge and accept that:

• Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is a theoretical, long-run statistical figure and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.
• Bets once placed and confirmed are final. Requests to void, cancel, or reverse a confirmed bet will not be accepted except where a verifiable technical error on the part of bk99c's systems caused an incorrect result or incorrect odds to be displayed.

Any winnings obtained through gameplay that bk99c reasonably determines to have involved fraudulent activity, technical exploitation, or a breach of these Terms may be voided and removed from the Player's account without notice, and the account may be suspended or closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk99c Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with bk99c.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players to fix outcomes, share information about hand cards or live game events, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the games.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to disguise your true geographic location.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or using offensive language toward other Players or bk99c staff in any communication channel associated with the Platform.

bk99c monitors Platform activity for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited activity will result in an immediate investigation. During an investigation bk99c may place a temporary freeze on the account and any associated balances pending the outcome of the investigation.

bk99c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed; the Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or bk99c is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach by the Player, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.

A Player may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

bk99c shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if bk99c has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bk99c shall not be liable for any service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime beyond its reasonable control, including failures attributable to third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications infrastructure.

All content on the bk99c Platform, including but not limited to the bk99c brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, icons, text, and software, is the exclusive property of bk99c or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bk99c.

bk99c collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by closing your account, subject to any legal obligations that require bk99c to retain certain records. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may escalate the matter through applicable formal dispute resolution channels. bk99c's decisions on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account standing — made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms — are final and binding.
