About bk99c – Built for Bangladesh's Online Gaming Community

bk99c was founded with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players access to a world-class online gaming experience that truly understands their needs. Before bk99c, players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh who wanted to play casino games or bet on cricket online had to use platforms designed for other markets — platforms that did not accept bKash or Nagad, displayed odds in foreign currencies, and provided customer support that did not speak to the local context. bk99c was built to change that.

From day one, every decision at bk99c has been shaped by one question: what do Bangladeshi players actually need? The answer turned out to be straightforward — fast and familiar payment options in Taka, a game library featuring the titles and sports that Bangladeshi audiences care about, a mobile experience that works smoothly on the Android devices most commonly used across Bangladesh, and customer support that is available around the clock including during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup knockout stages. bk99c delivers all of these as standard, not as premium add-ons.

Today bk99c is one of the most recognised online gaming brands among Bangladesh's growing community of sports bettors and casino players. Our platform hosts over 1,000 games from the world's leading studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Our sports betting section covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, and dozens of other sporting events throughout the year. And our payment infrastructure, built around bKash and Nagad as the primary rails, means that depositing and withdrawing in Bangladeshi Taka is seamless for every player, regardless of which division of Bangladesh they call home.

The mission of bk99c is to be the online gaming platform of choice for Bangladeshi players by consistently delivering three things: a game experience that is genuinely fun and fair, a payment experience that is as fast and frictionless as using bKash or Nagad for any other everyday transaction, and a support experience that treats every player as a valued member of the bk99c community.

We measure our success not by the number of games in our lobby or the size of our bonus offers, but by whether a player who signed up with us six months ago is still choosing bk99c over the alternatives today. Retention — earned through trust, reliability, and genuine value — is the metric we care about most. That is why we invest heavily in platform stability, payment reliability, and the quality of every customer support interaction, rather than in flashy promotions that deliver a one-time experience.

The values below are not aspirational statements — they are operational commitments that shape decisions across every part of the bk99c platform, from product development to customer support to responsible gaming policy.

bk99c is built for adults aged 21 and above who are part of Bangladesh's growing digital economy. Our typical player accesses the internet primarily through a mobile phone, follows cricket closely, and wants a gaming platform that treats their money with the same reliability as the payment apps they use every day. They live across all eight divisions — from Dhaka and Chittagong to Barisal, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Rangpur, and Mymensingh — and they deserve a platform that was designed with their reality in mind, not adapted from a foreign market.

We also serve players who want the full range of casino entertainment — live dealer games, slots, crash titles, and fish games — alongside their sports betting. bk99c's single-account model means a player can move between a live Baccarat table and a BPL match bet in the same session without juggling separate accounts or wallets. All balances are in Bangladeshi Taka, all transactions go through familiar local payment channels, and all customer support is available in the same time zone — Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

The quality of bk99c's game library is a direct result of the partnerships we have built with the world's leading casino game studios. Evolution Gaming provides the backbone of our live dealer offering — Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time, Baccarat, and dozens of other live tables stream around the clock. Pragmatic Play supplies both live casino and slot content, including popular titles like Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza. Spribe brings Aviator and other crash game titles. Ezugi covers live dealer games with a particular focus on titles popular in South Asian markets, including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar. NetEnt and Microgaming fill out the slots library with classic and video slot titles trusted by players globally. We hold ourselves to the standard that every game in the bk99c lobby must come from a studio whose RNG certification and game audit records are publicly available and verifiable.

bk99c believes that gaming should always be a form of entertainment — an enjoyable activity that fits comfortably within a player's broader life. We take our responsibility to support safer gaming seriously. Every registered player has access to deposit limit controls, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and a self-exclusion tool directly from their account settings after logging in. These are built-in features, not buried options. We encourage every player to review these tools when they first register and to update their limits whenever their circumstances change.

bk99c is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Age verification is part of the registration process, and bk99c does not permit underage play under any circumstances. If you or someone you know feels that gambling is becoming a problem, please reach out to our customer support team at any time — they are available 24 hours a day and can provide information on responsible gaming resources. Our full responsible gaming policy is detailed on the Responsible Gaming page.
